Facility Rental Agreement
This Facility Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc. and the renting group or individual ("Renter") for the rental of facilities at Mapleton Park Rotary Lodge, located at 600 Mapleton Rd, Moncton, NB. By proceeding with this booking request, the Renter agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Food Services​

There is no in-house catering service provided. Rental groups have the option to bring their own food or hire a caterer.

A small kitchen with a stove, fridge, and coffee maker is available for use. Renting groups are responsible for providing all other utensils, plate-ware, and materials.

Liquor Services
-
Mapleton Lodge is not licensed for liquor. No liquor may be brought onsite without first obtaining a special occasion permit from the province of New Brunswick (GNB). This permit must be presented to Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc. before the event.

The special occasion liquor permit must be obtained online through Service NB.

Liquor permits can only be acquired for the facility itself and not the grounds surrounding the facility.

An authorized signature from Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc. is required on the permit application, which can be done in person at the Centennial Lodge office or by emailing the completed form to Office@CampCentennial.ca.

Please note that the permit allows for the purchase of liquor from NB Liquor and does not permit guests to bring their own alcohol under any circumstances.

Provide one copy of the liquor license to the designated contact from Camp Centennial who will be present during your event.

Display one copy of the liquor license on-site during your event.

The primary contact for the permit and the booking must be on-site and available throughout the event to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and facility utilization.

It is the responsibility of the individual booking to ensure that no liquor is brought on-site during the event.
Financial​​

No deposit is required. Once your booking is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment in full is required before the event. You will be invoiced, and payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, or e-transfer. Payment is due one month before your event.

Bookings not paid for by the event date will be considered canceled.

Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc., Camp Centennial, The City of Moncton, and its agents are not responsible for any loss or damage to guest property.

The rental group or individual agrees to reimburse Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc. for any damages to the facility, equipment, or property.

Prices are subject to change. Price of facility rentals are as-listed on www.LodgeRentals.ca/Mapleton

Refunds for facility rentals are only issued if Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc. is unable to host the reservation due to factors beyond our control, such as severe inclement weather or maintenance issues. In such cases, we will reschedule your event or provide a full refund.

Facility​

The facility will be accessible at the beginning of your booking time, and a representative will be available to assist and answer any questions.

Setup, takedown, and cleanup are the responsibility of the renting group. Please return the facility to a similar state as it was at the start of the event.

All events must conclude, and attendees must vacate the premises by the end of the booked time. The latest booking time available is midnight (12:00 am).

Smoking is strictly prohibited on all facility premises.

Usage of the public park is allowed, but please be aware that the public area is not reservable.

Changes to bookings

Any changes made to the booking by the renter must be confirmed in writing (email).

Any changes, additions, or alterations made by either Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc., you, or the individual responsible for the booking does not negate any of the terms or conditions stated herein.

Liability Waiver

The rental group or individual agrees to assume all liability for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur during the event. Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc., Camp Centennial, The City of Moncton, and their agents shall not be held responsible for any such incidents.

Indemnification

The rental group or individual agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc., Camp Centennial, The City of Moncton, and their agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to the event, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any violation of laws or regulations.

Compliance with Laws

The rental group or individual agrees to comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption, noise control, and public safety. Any violations of such laws during the event shall be the responsibility of the rental group or individual, and Centennial Outdoor Centre Inc. shall not be held liable for any resulting consequences or legal actions.

Please note that booking availability is based on first-come first-serve basis and will be determined based on the time of rental agreement received.
