Frequently Asked Questions
The first step is to check availability.(https://www.lodgerentals.ca/#checkavailability) You can do so by submitting the request on the homepage or by giving us a call at 506 853 3507.
Once you've confirmed availability you can fill out the rental agreement. Once received we will confirm back to you by email.
• Deposits are 50% of facility rental fees and are required at the time of bookings. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable.
• Once your booking is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Payment in full is required one month before the event. You will be invoiced at the time of your booking.
The facilities are public spaces and as such groups cannot bring (nor can their guests bring) alcohol on site.
To have alcohol on site you must to apply for a "Special Occasion Permit"(https://www.pxw1.snb.ca/snb7001/b/1000/CSS-FOL-78-9266B.pdf) through the province of New Brunswick. This allows you (as host) to purchase liquor to provide for your event.
Consult the "Information Guide for Special Occasion Permits"(https://www.gnb.ca/content/dam/GNB3/t/ls/li-ri/facts/doc/en/lin0509-e.pdf) before completing the permit application.
You are welcome to either bring your own food, or have a caterer provide that service for you. We do not offer in-house catering.
The Mapleton Lodge does have a small kitchen with a stove, fridge, coffee maker etc. Flatware, plates, cups etc, are not provided.
The Centennial Lodge does not provide access to a kitchen.
Camp Centennial is an independent social enterprise. We are the organization that is responsible for the Summer Camps and year-round educational programs. By hosting your event at either the Centennial Park Rotary Lodge or the Mapleton Rotary Pavilion, you are helping to support meaningful opportunities for young people in our community!
We will meet you there at the time of your booking. We will show you around the facility as well as answer any questions you might have. We will be there to lockup at the end of your event as well.
Yes, tables and chairs are included at both facilities.
At Mapleton we have 60 chairs and 10 six-foot tables.
At Centennial we have 120 chairs and 12 eight-foot tables.
